   As part of a series of worldwide sanctions in protest of the events in Ukraine, and based on the guidance and recommendations by the IOC, the AIDA assembly voted to suspend the AIDA Nationals of Russia and Belarus. This resulted in the athletes and judges of these countries not being able to participate in any AIDA competitions globally.
   In accordance with our statutes, a special vote request has been submitted by at least 20% of the nationals in the AIDA assembly to relax some of these restrictions. We request your vote on the following items.
