Application Request for Customer Support Position
Scope:
Customer support management services consist of responding to requests coming from the AIDA community or from outside and include internal collaboration with the board and the committees.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in MS Office software
- Knowledge of the AIDA rules, system, and community
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, prefered
Role competencies:
- Good English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Great problem-solving abilities
- Attentive and can understand the needs of clients
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and social media messages promptly in English
- Manage the Instructor renewal process
- Notify the AIDA community about upcoming events and news
- Other administrative tasks
Schedule: Flexible
Location: Remote (home office)
Contract value: 750 Euro/month
