Following the Olympic anti-doping movement, AIDA plans to keep contributing to initiatives for clean sport, respect for integrity, ethics, and fair play. Recognizing that the fight against doping is a concern of all, AIDA regularly tests winners and random athletes for the presence of forbidden substances by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The results of the AIDA world championships are only considered official after receiving the doping test results.

As of November 2022, AIDA is proud to announce that all doping test results from the AIDA World Championship Roatan 2022 are negative and once again congratulates all medalists and Marianna Gillespie for setting the AIDA World Record in CWTB with a 97m dive.
